Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of required MODEM systems by providing a specified transmission and reception controller.
CONSTITUTION: At a transmission and reception controller 20, plural transmission and reception parts 10.0-10.(N+1)/2 (N is an odd natural number) are installed parallelly between a data channel control part 4 and a distributor 5. Each transmission and reception part 10.j is constituted of a transmission part 1.j to perform transmission processing, reception part 2.j to perform reception processing and local oscillator 3.j to output local signals to these devices. And, for plural frequencies used at a base station, the two kinds of frequencies whose combination is predetermined are defined as one set, and when the transmission is performed using one frequency, the reception is performed using the other frequency. After that, the reception is performed using one frequency and the transmission is performed using the other frequency, and hereafter, similarly, the transmission and the reception using these two kinds of frequencies are performed with alternate timing.
