One differential rotation element among the differential rotation elements functions as a fixed element and is fixed to the transmission case 10. Since one differential rotation element among the differential rotation elements functions as the fixed element and is fixed to the transmission case 10, centering of the differential rotation element functioning as the fixed element for the transmission case 10 becomes possible. Consequently, tooth hitting of each differential rotation element can be stabilized to suppress occurrence of noise.
