Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise sufficiently from transmission signals, even when the amplitude of the transmission signal is converted.SOLUTION: A transmitter 100 includes a conversion unit 102 for converting a transmission signal having multiple quantization bits into a signal having a smaller number of quantization bits, a first amplifier 104 for amplifying the signal converted by the conversion unit, an extraction unit 105 for extracting noise component generated in the signal by conversion in the conversion unit, a second amplifier 108 for amplifying the noise component extracted by the extraction unit, a synthesis unit 109 for synthesizing the signal amplified by the first amplifier and the noise component amplified by the second amplifier, and removing the noise component included in the amplified signal, and an addition unit 106 for adding a distortion to a signal inputted to the first amplifier or the noise component inputted to the second amplifier, on the basis of the difference of the signal from which the noise component is removed in the synthesis unit and the multiple bit transmission signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
