Title:
TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIV FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0473809
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a tranparent conductive film having good transparency and being excellent in conductivity and durability by making it to contain tin-containing indium oxide superfineperticulates and specific silazane.

CONSTITUTION: Tin-containing indium oxide (ITO) superparticulates and silazane having either or both of polyethylene oxide radical and polypropylene oxide radical are jointly used to form an application type transparent conductive film having film thickness not exceeding 1μm after drying and surface electric resistance not exceeding 105 Ω/square. In this case, as to tin-containing indium oxide superparticulates, those having a grain diameter not exceeding 50μm are used. The silazane can have either or both of polyethylene oxide radical and polypropylene oxide radical, and in any case, a molecule itself has conductivity. Thereby, transparency, good conductivity and durability can be improved.
