Title:
TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM, AND TOUCH PANEL USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009283348
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a transparent conductive film which exhibits excellent visibility, productivity, and pen sliding durability in a periphery of a frame when used as an electrode film for a touch panel used for a front surface of a display body such as a high definition liquid crystal display, and to provide a touch panel using the same.

The transparent conductive film 10 is formed by laminating a high refractive index layer 13, a low refractive index layer 14, and a transparent conductive thin film layer 15 in this order on a base material 11 formed of a transparent plastic film. The high refractive index layer is an inorganic thin film formed of amorphous indium-tin composite oxide of which content of tin oxide is 10-60 mass%. The low refractive index layer is formed of an inorganic thin film of which a refractive index is 1.30-1.60. The transparent conductive thin film layer is formed of an inorganic thin film of which a refractive index is 1.80-2.20. A peak of spectral transmission factor of the transparent conductive film is in 450-530 nm, total light transmittance is higher than 90%, and a color b value is -2 to 2.
