To provide a water scenery device of light which guides light having a smooth surface and transmits effectively inside a water column by total reflection effect to the outside of the water column and, in which a vision effect is obtained.
A device to control a surface shape of water column is adopted. In other words, a float 1 is installed at the jetting portion of the water column which is discharged with a boundary layer and includes a smooth surface, and the float is vibrated or displaced by mechanical devices 11, 40 connected to the float. By this structure, a function is obtained which dynamically gives an intended change to the shape of the water column surface. Furthermore, this structure controls emission of a light source of light transmitting inside the water column. With these structures, a water scenery of rich admiration purpose is performed.
