PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent heat release coating composition capable of forming a coating layer excellent in transparency and heat release property.SOLUTION: The transparent heat release coating composition contains a binder resin, a hydrotalcite compound and a resin dispersant having an amine value of 0 to 90 mgKOH/g with the hydrotalcite compound of 50 to 290 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the binder resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
