This transparent plate 1 is obtained by forming a cured coating film 3 on at least one surface of a transparent substrate 2. The cured coating film 3 in which 2 to 7 pts.wt. of conductive particles having a primary particle diameter of ≤0.01 μm are dispersed in 100 pts.wt. of the cured product of a curing compound having at least three (meth)acryloyloxy groups in the molecule. The transparent plate 1 is used as a constituting plate to form a show case.
