Abstract:

To provide a transparent solid soap composition imparting good moist feeling to hair by shampooing, generating creamy foam and having good transparency and solid properties.

The transparent solid soap composition contains (A) a fatty acid soap, (B) a polyhydric alcohol and (C) a polyoxypropylene fatty acid alkanolamide expressed by general formula (1) [R1 is a 5-21C straight-chain or branched alkyl or alkenyl which may be substituted with one or more hydroxy groups; X is oxypropylene group; and (n) is an average addition molar number and is 0.5-10] as essential components.
