Abstract:
To provide an edible oleaginous material-containing powdered material which transparently dissolves in water, excels in storage stability, and enables addition and incorporation of an edible oleaginous material such as a perfume, an oil-soluble pigment, and an oil-soluble functional material into high transparency-required beverages and comestibles such as a near water.
The edible oleaginous material-containing powdered material which transparently dissolves in water and excels in storage stability is obtained by drying an aqueous mixture composed of (a) 1-30 wt.% edible oleaginous material, (b) 1-20 wt.% polyglycerin fatty acid ester and/or sucrose fatty acid ester, (c) 5-60 wt.% excipient, and (d) 30-80 wt.% water.
