Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device and a recording device in which, even if a contact part of an arm is worn due to friction between itself and a recording medium, jamming of the recording medium can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A first arm 50 includes a first portion 51 having one end 51a provided with a first shaft 50x and the other end 51b provided with a first contact part 50y, and a second portion 52 extended from the other end 51b. When the first arm is present at a first open position, an angle θ between the first arm 50 and a second direction D2 of a portion in the second portion 52, which is connected to the first contact part 50y, is an obtuse angle.
