Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device capable of reliably moving objects to be transported, such as electronic parts, one by one without using a complicated path forming member.
SOLUTION: The conveying device comprises a path forming member 40 provided with an approximately V-shaped groove 48 to form a path for capacitor chips W being an object to be conveyed; a belt B positioned in the groove 48; and a drive means 13 to rotationally drive the belt B. The belt B is situated in a manner to be positioned in an approximately vertical plane, and cut-out parts 38 to receive tips W one by one and engage the tips with each other are formed in the plane at a given interval along the extension direction of the belt B.
