To solve problems concerning domestic transport systems that, although subways and bus lines are laid particularly in urban areas, subways, monorail and the like require a high construction cost and rescue work for the injured requires troublesome tasks when an accident occurs, and buses are liable to delay due to congestion, cause the congestions, and cause air pollution because of exhaust gas.

A track of the monorail and the like is arranged in the lower, side or upper part of an elevated track of a highway and railways so as to allow vehicles to travel. Also, an engine is mounted and a power generator is arranged on the vehicle of the monorail so as to allow the vehicle self-traveling even in power failure due to a disaster and a failure. Furthermore, a carriage for the monorail is provided in the upper part of the vehicle and tires are provided in the lower part so as to be driven by the engine and the like, and thereby the vehicle can travel as a monorail in the urban areas where there is the elevated track and can travel as a bus in suburbs where there is no elevated track.
