PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mixing of different kinds of oil when petroleum products are unloaded.
SOLUTION: At an oil terminal 2, a plurality of supplying means 6 for supplying petroleum products are provided in such a way as to correspond to the kinds of the petroleum products and for each supplying means 6, a key 7 showing the kind of the petroleum product using the supplying means 6 is provided. At a service station 5, there are a plurality of tanks 15 in which the petroleum products are stored kind by kind and each tank 15 is provided with an oil kind key 17 which has information indicating the kind of the petroleum product stored in the corresponding tank. A tank truck 3 has a plurality of hatch parts 8 in which one or more kinds of petroleum products are loaded, a common piping part 10 as a common means of drawing off the petroleum products from the respective hatch parts 8, bottom valves 9 by which the petroleum products in the respective hatch parts 8 are taken out into the common piping part 10, an oil kind key 14 provided for each hatch part 8 and having position- related information on the hatch part 8 and information on the kind of the petroleum product shown by the key 7, and a discriminating controller 20 for the opening and closing control of the bottom valves 9 of the respective hatch parts 8 based on the results of comparison of the information showing the kinds of the petroleum products between the two oil kind keys 14, 17.
