Abstract:
To set a travel route which enables an area where teaching travel is performed to be utilized for a different purpose without degrading the efficiency of a given work as much as possible.SOLUTION: A travel route setting device of a farm field work vehicle comprises: a farm field shape recognition unit 11 which recognizes the shape of a farm field with teaching travel; and a travel route setting unit 12 which sets a work travel route to a non-work area where a given work is not performed. The farm field shape recognition unit 11 stores an area where a vehicle travels without performing the given work as a teaching travel non-work area. The travel route setting unit 12 sets a work travel route including also the teaching travel non-work area, enables the vehicle to travel again in the teaching travel non-work area after teaching travel to enable the area to be utilized for a different purpose, and makes only a portion of the teaching travel area a non-work travel area to prevent the efficiency of the given work from being degraded as much as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
