PURPOSE: To enhance the working efficiency by enlarging the working width of a traveling type working device which is simple in structure and lightweight.
CONSTITUTION: A drive wheel 1 is arranged at the center, and is adapted to be driven by a prime-mover 3. Side frames 5 are attached on two opposing sides of a main frame to which the drive wheel 1 is attached, so as to be vertically rotatable. Discs 7 and a wheel 8 are fitted on a rotary shaft 6 secured to each of the side frames 5. Golf balls which are held between the adjacent disks 7, are then raised, and are then collected in a ball container 10 by means of a ball pick-up lever 9. Each of both wheels 8 is spaced from the center drive wheel 1 by a predetermined distance, and is provided thereto with a brake device so that the wheels 8 rotates, independent from each other so as to smoothly steer the device.
