Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a tray up and down thereby placing, taking out electric parts on/from the tray easily and surely, by separating the tray from a member such as a fixed wall part or the like and returning the tray to a constant position surely when the piled tray is freed after positioned in a horizontal direction.
SOLUTION: A tray stage 22 on which trays 1 are piled is supported at a reception bed 23. Ball casters 32 are set at four points of the reception bed 23, thereby forming a horizontal guide means that makes the tray stage 22 movable in a horizontal direction. The tray stage 22 and reception bed 23 are coupled by two coupling rods 33. The coupling rods 33 are provided with springs 34 urging the rods in a vertical state, thereby forming a centering means. When the tray stage 22 frees a press force to reference walls 40, 41 by air cylinders 42, 43, the coupling rods 33 are returned to the vertical state, so that the tray stage 22 is centered.
