To provide a treating or diagnosing agent for various diseases associated with human plasma cell-like dendritic cells (PDC).
This treating or diagnosing agent of diseases associated with the PDC, containing an antibody or its fragments specifically and immunologically bonding with a human PDC membrane molecule, its variations or its fragments, as an active ingredient. The method for separating and eliminating the PDC in vitro by using the antibody or its fragments is also provided.
