Abstract:
To obtain a treating agent used as the treating agent for elastic fibers and excellent in loosening.
This elastic fiber-treating agent comprises a carboxyl group- containing compound in 0.01-10 pts.wt., an alkyl amine or an alkaolamine having a primary or secondary amino group or a mixture of those amines in 0.01-10 pts.wt and a silicone oil, a mineral oil or an ester oil as a base component and has 5-30 mm2/s viscosity at 30°C. This elastic fiber is added with the aforesaid treating agent.
