Abstract:
To provided a treating method of waste filtrate easily removing fine powder of resin contained in waste filtrate containing an organic solvent and water, after separating slurry-like suspension of resin into solid matter and liquid, without requiring any special device, and also separating a small amount of a generated organic phase and a water phase having an electrostatic capacitance roughly equal to that of the organic phase.
In this treating method of waste filtrate, waste filtrate (α0°C) containing the organic solvent and water after separating slurry-like suspension of resin into solid matter and liquid, is heated to (α0+5)°C to (α0+40)°C, to separate into the organic solvent phase containing fine powder of resin and the water phase. An interface of the organic solvent phase containing fine powder of resin and the water phase is detected by a differential pressure of the upper and lower pressures of a vertical transfer pipe provided at a lower part of a separation tank, for separation.
