To provide a treatment brush 10 capable of suitably controlling the discharge quantity of a treatment agent although grooming and various cares have been performed for the baby or separately for the pets such as dogs or cats using the treatment brush 10 incorporating a treatment agent with the treatment agent discharged little by little.

This treatment brush 10 is constructed by providing a treatment agent tank 11 with brush teeth 13 formed on the lower surface, a contractable treatment agent in and out cylinder 12 and a treatment agent discharge hole 14. The treatment agent discharge holes 14 are formed at the tips of the brush teeth 13, and communicated with the treatment agent in the treatment agent tank 11 through lead-out passages formed extending from the tips of the brush teeth and penetrating the brush teeth 13 in the axial direction. The discharge quantity of the treatment agent is controlled by the operation of expanding and contracting the treatment agent in and out cylinder.
