Abstract:

To provide a method and apparatus preventing an incomplete treatment or emission of pollutant to environment by detecting factors inhibiting the treatment such as containing of impurities in an early stage of a treatment process in decomposing POPs (Persistent Organic Pollutants).

This method, apparatus and control system of treating POP-containing oil are characterized in detecting the factors inhibiting the decomposition before starting the decomposition reaction or during the decomposition process and changing the treatment condition in the method of mixing POP-containing oil with chemical agent and decomposing POPs.
