Abstract:

To efficiently perform the removal of dust (incineration ash) deposited inside garbage incineration facilities while preventing deterioration in the working environment caused, e.g., by the blowing-up of the dust prior to the disassembling of the garbage incineration facilities.

Surfactant-containing PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) solution is sprayed on deposited dust A, and a moisture-permeable coating C of PVA extensively covering the deposited dust A is formed on the surface of the deposited dust A, so that the blowing-up of the deposited dust A is prevented by the moisture-permeable coating C, and further, water is sprayed on the moisture-permeable coating C so as to permeate the moisture-permeable coating C. Thus, the deposited dust A is wetted, and the deposited dust A can be removed without being scattered.
