To provide an excellent method for the prevention or treatment of inflammatory enteric diseases by using mesenchymal stem cell (MSC).

The preventing or treating agent for inflammatory enteric diseases containing mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and effective for the prevention or treatment of inflammatory enteric diseases is used by intravenously administering mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) after intestinal epithelium stem cell injury treatment.
