Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trestle for a solar panel and its construction method in which a substrate frame can be supported by a head part of a foundation pile as specified even in a case that a work of driving a foundation pile which penetrates into the inside of the ground with remaining a head part aboveground is performed with a deviation angle in the rotation direction with a vertically-extending axis as a center.SOLUTION: A substrate frame 1 is supported by a head part of a foundation pile 3 which penetrates into the inside of the ground with remaining a head part aboveground, and rotation means A is arranged between the substrate frame 1 and the head part of the foundation pile 3. In the rotation means A which comprises a bracket member 9 and an attaching tool 10 as composing elements, a shaft part 10C of a bolt 10A is a rotation center axis with the vertical direction or the almost vertical direction as the axis direction, and the substrate frame 1 is rotatable against the foundation pile 3 with the rotation center axis as the center.
