To provide an organic electroluminescent device having low driving voltage, high luminescence efficiency, and a long service life.SOLUTION: A triarylamine derivative having a structure represented by the following formula has a high triplet energy level, high hole mobility, a high refractive index and good film formability and thermal stability.
