Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula 1 (Ar is phenyl; R1 is lower alkyl; R2 is 1-5C alkyl, 2-5C alkenyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, 5-6 membered- heterocyclic group, etc.), acid adduct salts thereof and alkali metal salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: (2R, 3R)-2-[2, 4-(difluorophenyl)-3-methyldithio-1(1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl)-2- butanol.
USE: A fungicide.
PREPARATION: According to reaction formula, a thiol compound of formula 2 is reacted with a disulfide compound of formula 3 under a basic condition to obtain the objective compound of formula 1. The reaction is carried out using triethylamine, diisopropylamine, etc., in an inert gas atmosphere.
