Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger-type liquid jet pump which can be formed with the use of a globe valve of a synthetic resin requiring no sorting process instead of the use of a metal globe valve and can be formed without significantly changing the conventional form of this type of pump, and has an outstanding discharge function.
SOLUTION: This trigger-type liquid jet pump consists of a flange-shaped valve seat 12 formed at the inner lower part of a pump body and a step-shaped upward valve seat 13 formed on the upper part, and further, a discharge valve 17 formed by bringing a horizontal valve plate 15c for a valve member 15 of special structure into contact under pressure with the upper face of the valve seat 13 with an elastic plate part 15b which is elastically deformed by compression. In addition, plural hanging elastic pressing plates 15e provided on the peripheral part of the valve member 15 at its lower end are brought into contact with and fitted into the peripheral edge of the upper face of a globe valve 14 of a synthetic resin deposited on the valve seat 12 in such a manner that the pressing plates 15e are elastically spreadable.
