To provide a trivet formable by only stamping out one metal plate material and bending it in a prescribed shape without requiring caulking or welding, and not disturbing combustion exhaust of a burner.
This trivet 1 comprises an annular frame 2, and pawls 3 projecting to the outside thereof. The pawl 3 has: a bottom plate part 4 radially projecting from the outer circumference edge of the frame 2; a rising part 5 extended from one side edge of the bottom plate part 4; and an extension part 6 extending outward from the rising part 5. The frame 2 has grooves 7 radially extending outward from the inner circumference edge. In the trivet 1, the rising parts 5 and the extension parts 6 are bent downward at 90° from side edges 4a of the bottom plate parts 4 of the pawls 3 by a press device, and the bottom plate parts 4 are folded back at 180° from the outer circumference edge 4b of the frame 2. The rising part 5 is inserted in the groove 7, and rises from the surface of the frame 2. Because the pawl 3 are positioned along direction of combustion of the burner, the combustion of the burner is not disturbed, and the excellent combustion of the burner can be secured.
