PURPOSE: To store cargos in a hatch efficiently by placing a pallet on a pallet table while orthogonally crossing with this table, in a truck device for carrying cargos out and in from/to the hatch, regardless of the placing status of the pallet loaded with cargos across the respective tables on two tracks.

CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of two trucks 2, 2' which can run in parallel and aligning each other and tables 3, 3' for placing a pallet 4 on which cargos 6 are loaded across the two trucks and which are mounted on the two trucks respectively and hydraulic cylinders for supporting and elevating the tables 3, 3'. The tables 3, 3' are installed around the cylinders rotatably and swingably in relation to an axial line in parallel with the moving direction of the flat car.
