A truck frame (15) formed of a longitudinally passed pipe of substantially square section has a cast steel bogie fitting bracket (18) having a fitting seat body part (16) substantially as wide as the square width (W) of the truck frame (15) and a support casing part (17) which is protruded to right and left sides of the truck frame (15) from the fitting seat body part (16) with a bogie shaft pin (56) to pivotably support a bogie type lower track roller (13). The fitting seat body part (16) of the bogie fitting bracket (18) is placed on a lower side part of the truck frame (15), and fixed to square corner parts (19 and 20) of the lower side part of the truck frame.
