To provide a tube cutter capable of cutting metal tubes and other various kinds of tubes used for exhaust pipes, silencers, etc., of an internal combustion engine, and excellently cutting thin-walled tubes.

A ring-shaped fixed outer blade and a movable outer blade disposed outside a tube to be cut and a fixed inner blade and a movable inner blade disposed inside the tube are provided adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the tube. The movable outer blade and the movable inner blade can be deviated with respect to the axis of the tube. The movable outer blade and the movable inner blade are deviated while the fixed inner blade and the movable inner blade are disposed inward of the fixed outer blade and the movable outer blade, and the tube is cut while at least either the movable outer blade or the movable inner blade, or the tube is rotated in the circumferential direction.
