Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily position a tube jointing device provided with a tube clamping device in a frame and the tube to be jointed.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 8 is lowered keeping its posture horizontal to a proper position above both pipes 3 and 3 and is roughly positioned, and then it is still more lowered keeping its posture horizontal by extending hanging points 14 and 15 minutely adjusted, and one of tubes 3 is clamped by one of clamping devices 9. After that, a part of the frame 8 in the side of the other clamping device 10 is still more lowered by extending the hanging point 15, and the other tube 3 is clamped by this clamping device 10. Then, the frame 8 is made to be horizontal, and both the clamping devices 9 and 10 are made to approach each other after arranging the position of both the tubes 3 and 3 in the perpendicular direction to joint both the tubes 3 and 3.
