PURPOSE: To produce easily a tubular body by sheet metal pressing and welding and to decrease the man-hour for forming deformation-preventive projections by using a pair of trough-shaped half bodies made of sheet metals and projecting pieces projecting therefrom to form the tubular body and the deformation- preventive projections.
CONSTITUTION: The tubular body 8 consists of a stem-shaped tubular body 10 which serves as an oil feed hole plugged 9 at one end and the 1st and 2nd branch parts 111, 112 which are branched from the body 10 and consist of the 1st, 2nd oil injection holes 61, 62. The parts 111, 112 are united to the body 10 by means of welding, etc. to the position of the fine holes penetrating through the circumferential wall of the body 10. The body 10 consists of a pair of the trough-shaped half bodies 101, 101 made of the sheet metals by press forming, which bodies are united by butting margin parts 10a, 10a for welding provided along the respective aperture ends to each other and spot-welding the butted parts. The projecting pieces 10b, 10b are provided to the parts 10a, 10a at plural points in the axial direction. The plural deformation-preventive projections 13 projecting from the outside circumferential surface of the body 10 are formed by butting said projecting pieces to each other and spot-welding the same.
