Abstract:
To provide a broach for turbine disk grooving, which makes a cutting fluid reach a cutting position even in the case of external oiling during the turbine disk grooving, and a grooving method for a turbine disk using the same.SOLUTION: A broach 1 for turbine disk grooving includes: a base 2 that is formed in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of cutting edges 3 and 3 that are provided above the base 2 along the longitudinal direction; and a gullet 4 that is formed between the adjacent cutting edges 3 and 3. In the broach 1 for turbine disk grooving, a recess 5 is provided next to the gullet 4 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
