Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuyere structure where the wear of a tuyere brick caused by the deformation and damage of a tuyere tube is suppressed, thus the repair frequency of the tuyere brick can be reduced.SOLUTION: There is provided a tuyere structure comprising a tuyere tube 12 installed in a tuyere brick 11, the tuyere tube 12 has a seamless structure, and the stock thereof is formed by a stock having heat resistance and rigidity higher than those of rolled for general structure or stainless steel 304. Since the heat resistance and rigidity of the stock of the tuyere tube 12 are high, its deformation caused by heat can be suppressed. Thus, the wear of the tuyere brick 11 caused by the deformation and damage of the tuyere tube 12 can be suppressed to reduce the repair frequency of the tuyere brick 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
