Title:
TWO SPINDLE COUNTER LATHE WITH TORSIONAL STRAIN COMPENSATION MEANS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016117130
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease of machining accuracy due to release of torsional strain of a workpiece with both ends held and machined by a two spindle counter lathe, without causing loss of a machining time by the rotation stop of a spindle and an increase of consumption power in the acceleration/deceleration.SOLUTION: Torsional strain compensation means is provided for adding a complemented value of the direction of eliminating the torque difference to a command signal (angle command) of a rotational speed or a rotation angle provided in at least one of the spindle motors so that a difference of load torque of two spindle motors may be maintained in a set limit value or less. The load torque can be detected by a difference between a current value or an angle value given to the motors and a feedback signal. The torsional strain compensation means outputs a compensation signal on the basis of these differences.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
