Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inexpensive two-stage antenna for mobile communication with excellent performance.
SOLUTION: A wide radiation element 4a and a narrow feeding element 4b are provided alternately to both front and rear sides of a dielectric base 3 formed long longitudinally along the lengthwise direction and the wide radiation element 4a and the narrow feeding element 4b are arranged on both the front and rear sides opposite to each other. In an upper stage antenna 1 and a lower stage antenna 2 as above, a coaxial cable 6 connecting to the upper stage antenna 1 is arranged so as to cross the middle of front side of the wide radiation element 4a and the narrow feeding element 4b formed to one side of the dielectric base 3 in the lower stage antenna 2. Then an outer conductor 6a of the longitudinally crossing part of the coaxial cable 6 is connected electrically to the wide radiation element 4a and the narrow feeding element 4b of the lower stage antenna 2, leakage current block parts 5, 9 are interposed to the upper and lower parts of the longitudinally crossing part, and connectors 10, 12 are connected to each tip of the coaxial cable 6 and a coaxial cable 11 connecting to the lower stage antenna 2.
