Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake valve for closing an intake port by a valve element surely, and having a stable opening/closing characteristic.
SOLUTION: A valve main body 11 is formed in a nearly elliptical shape formed a downward opening part 12 on one side part of a long diameter direction while forming a downward intake port 17 on the other side part. In a valve assembly cylindrical body 21 which is detachably fit to the intake port 17 of the valve main body 11, a valve seat part 25 is formed on an inner end part, and also a valve rod guide hole part 27 is formed on a center part. The intake port 17 is closed being brought in contact with the valve seat part 25 by a valve element 30 having a valve part 31 which abuts in freely separable contact with the valve seat part 25 of the valve assembly cylindrical body 21, and also the valve element 30 is separated from the valve seat part 25 when pressure is reduced in the opening port part 12 side of the valve main body 11. A guide rod part 32 for penetrating from an inner side to an outer side freely to advance/retract is protuberantly arranged between the center part of a valve part 31 for opening the intake port 17 of the valve element 30 and a valve rod guide hole part 27. A cover member 40 is fitted to the upper surface opening port part of the valve main body 11.
