Abstract:
PURPOSE:To keep a sun roller and a planetary roller into the state where the inclination angle between each center shaft of two rollers is small by increasing the width of an outer ring fitted onto the large diameter part of the planetary roller than the width of an outer ring fitted onto a small diameter part. CONSTITUTION:The width of an outer ring fitted onto the large diameter part 3b of a planetary roller 3 is made larger than the width of an outer ring 8 fitted onto a small diameter part 3a. With such a constitution, inclination between each shaft of a sun roller and a planetary roller 3 (Skew state) due to fitting of a concaved small diameter part 3a onto the sun roller 2 is hardly generated. In other words, when the width of an outer ring 7 is made larger than the width of an outer ring 8, the middle point between the both outer rings are shifted to the outer ring 8 side having a smaller width, so a crossing angle in the case where discrepancy exists at an edge part becomes far smaller value theta'. In other words, the sun roller 2 and the planetary roller 3 revolve in the nearly parallel state, and correct operation state can be maintained.
