Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage type stay device, which can be stopped and held at the positions of opening at two-stage in the case of the opening of a door while being able to be totally enclosed at a stroke in the case of the closing of the door.
SOLUTION: A keeper pin 11 moved in a guide groove 4 is engaged successively with the second recessed supporting section 6 and the first recessed supporting section 5 when the pin 11 is moved from a closed position to an open position while the pin 11 is not engaged with the second half-open recessed supporting section 6 and is shifted to the closed position at a stroke when the pin 11 is closed from the first recessed supporting section 5.
