Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate engraving operation onto a two-wheel body frame.SOLUTION: The method comprises a transporting step transporting a two-wheel body frame 10 having a head pipe integrally arranged on one end of a frame main body in a hanging manner with a conveyor hanger having a hook part inserted into the head pipe from relatively lower side, and a detaching step where a site near head pipe of the frame main body of the transported two-wheel body frame 10 is held by a robot hand 50 and the head pipe is transported in a take-off direction from the hook part so as to detach the two-wheel body frame 10 from the conveyor hanger, a swing stop step where the detached two-wheel body frame 10 is set on a temporary placing table with the robot hand 50 so as to stop swing of the two-wheel body frame 10, and an engraving step where the two-wheel body frame 10 whose swing has been stopped is held by the robot hand 50 and transported to an engraver 40 so that the engraver 40 engraves the two-wheel body frame 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
