The cosmetic contains the powder coated with a core/shell type polymer emulsion obtained by dispersing a core/shell type polymer, wherein the core/shell type polymer is characterized in that it contains as a monomer which constitutes the shell part polymer, (1), 40-100 wt.% methyl methacrylate and/or methyl acrylate and methacrylic acid and/or acrylic acid to the total weight of the monomers which constitute the shell part polymer, and as a monomer which constitutes the core part polymer, (2), 40-100 wt.% methyl methacrylate and/or methyl acrylate to the total weight of the monomers which constitute the core part polymer.
