Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic flow meter that can be easily assembled.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic flow meter 10, a part receiving port 17 that opens an inflow chamber 31, an intermediate chamber 32, and an outflow chamber 33 is formed. In second and third partition walls 26, 27 that partition the inflow chamber 31, the intermediate chamber 32, and the outflow chamber 33, a pair of square grooves 29, 29 that are open on a part receiving port 17 side is formed. Three sides of a pair of frame-shaped seal members 60, 60 fitted to an outer surface of a square tube-shaped measuring tube 50 are in close contact with inner surfaces of the pair of square grooves 29, 29, and only the remaining one side is in close contact with a receiving port lid 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
