PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor, and a drive control system and the like using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an ultrasonic motor that comprises an annular ring-shaped vibrator, and an annular ring-shaped mobile body pressure-contacted with the vibrator. The vibrator consists of an annular ring-shaped diaphragm and an annular ring-shaped piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element consists of an annular ring-shaped piece of piezoelectric ceramics, a common electrode provided on one surface of the piece of piezoelectric ceramics, and a plurality of electrodes provided on the other surface of the piece of piezoelectric ceramics. A lead content of the piezoelectric ceramics is less than 1000 ppm. The plurality of electrodes consist of two drive phase electrodes, one or more non-drive phase electrodes, and one or more detection phase electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
