Abstract:

The ultrasonic sensor 6A is arranged on an inner surface 12a of the diaphragm 12A and can transmit or receive ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic absorber 25A is arranged to cover the inner surface 12a of the diaphragm 12A including the ultrasonic sensor 6A.
