Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic probe which involves less risk of bubble formation in a liquid contained in a casing and which can remove the eventually generated bubble easily.
CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic probe concerned comprises a flexible conduit pipe 4 leading from a casing 2 to the outside, a shut plug 8 installed removably for blocking the pipe end on the external side, and a closed valve 5 capable of opening which can isolate the pipe 4 to a bubble catching chamber 12 and a bubble exhaust chamber 13 by blocking the middle part of the pipe 4.
