Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic wave transducer in which a piezoelectric plate is easily and accurately aligned for voltage dividing.
CONSTITUTION: The transducer is provided with a piezoelectric plate 101 generating ultrasonic waves through application of a voltage and marks 11 indicating division positions when the piezoelectric board 101 is separated into plural piezoelectric vibrators 113 and with a printed circuit board 107 connecting electrically and mechanically to each piezoelectric vibrator 113 to apply an external voltage to the piezoelectric board 101.
