Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic inspection device with which it is possible to reduce noise superimposed on a received signal and improve visibility in imaging, irrespective of an environment condition.SOLUTION: Provided is an ultrasonic inspection device, provided with a transmission sensor 11 for transmitting an ultrasonic wave 61 to a measurement object 50 present in a medium 40 and a reception sensor 12 having a backup plate 14 having a through-hole 14c for the reception sensor and a diaphragm 16 covering the through-hole 14c for the reception sensor, for analyzing the vibration of the diaphragm 16 due to a reflected wave 62 of the ultrasonic wave 61 that is reflected by the measurement object 50 and visualizing the measurement object 50, wherein the backup plate 14 is composed of a magnet, and the diaphragm 16 is stuck fast to the backup plate 14 by a magnetic force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
