Abstract:
To provide an ultrathin super abrasive grain metal bond grind stone which is comparatively easily and precisely manufactured, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof.
A raw material composed of 3-16 pts. wt. in terms of solid of a binder composed of poly-(meth)acrylic alkyl ester and (meth)acrylic hydroxyl alkyl ester, and a remainder of abrasive grains and filler are mixed. A molding obtained by pressure molding the mixed raw material is rolled into a sheet shape, and punched with a metallic die, to mold a grind stone form. The grind stone form is degreased and baked.
